Videoblogging week continues! I have no idea whether or not I can keep up. Today, we walk the razor’s edge with dangerous food.

Ever have homemade mayonnaise? It’s so totally worth the risk…as long as you are a generally healthy adult without an compromised immune system and get your eggs fresh from a farmers’ market.

I liked the ingrediants adding themselves to the sandwich.

I’ve made mayonnaise before. My problem is that I got hooked at an early age on Best Food (or Hellman’s), and I just don’t LIKE any other mayonnaise–even what I make myself, at least not as a sandwich spread.

I love it. We are MayoVlog Twins. Or something like it. Your mayo looks tastier than mine. I love your mixer - I am jealous of its beautiful curves and stainless steel. Mine is so ’70s. All straight lines and “goldenrod.” But, it’s built to last, and I’m not throwing it out. Thanks for your comment on my vlog! :)
