The BCH (Big City Hospital) where I work is a mixed bag in terms of technological advancement: way ahead of the times in some respects and way behind in others.

They probably hired high-priced consultants to put that packet of information together. Of course, the consultants just went on the internet archive and found some old articles on “netiquette”. Does anyone use the term “netiquette” anymore? Is it in the document? Inquiring minds want to know.
